		Richard Bauer, Executive Vice President and General Manager Richard Bauer is a hands-on leader who makes himself accessible to customers and strategic partners alike. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of RWI Transportation LLC, Bauer is directly responsible for overall operations and management of the company, and has direct responsibility for the P&L of transportation and logistics. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Distribution Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1988.

		Chris Taylor, Director of Sales & Marketing Chris Taylor is the first point of contact for many customers of RWI Transportation LLC. As Director of Sales & Marketing with a diverse background in transportation sales and operations, Taylor has primary responsibilities for sales, business development, customer service and pricing. His past experience ranges from managing dry and refrigerated freight involving truckload, LTL, and air cargo logistics management. Previously he was 3PL Division Manager and National Truckload Sales Manager for McCain Transport; Director of U.S. Truckload Sales and General Manager of the Air Freight Division with TransX Ltd.; and Regional Sales Manager for CRST and North American Commercial Transport. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University.

		Steve Kaiser, Controller Steve Kaiser, CPA, is Controller for RWI Transportation LLC. Kaiser previously held management positions with Carlisle Construction (now Maxim) and Hamilton Foundry and Machine Company. Kaiser is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

		John Adams, Sr. Director of Operations John Adams is a highly accessible and indispensible resource and support to all divisions of RWI. His 38 years of experience include operations, daily dispatching, sales and brokerage. Adams' skills were developed during his early years with Frostways, Inc. and Thorn Apple Valley, eventually proving beneficial in his ownership of R&M Trans, Inc. Currently, Adams directs operations for all asset-based equipment across the United States for RWI where his broad knowledge base enables him to effectively lead, direct and implement our daily operations. In addition to nearly 4 decades of experience, John has successfully earned his Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Xavier University and is pursuing his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

		Daryl Harmon, Director of Carrier Relations Daryl Harmon is a results-driven logistics management professional who leverages his extensive knowledge and experience in transportation and distribution in his position as Director of Carrier Relations. In his role, he is keenly aware of the needs of carriers and RWI customers, and uses that knowledge to build positive working relationships and solid value with RWI's carriers. Previously he was Director of Client Services for X1 Logistics, Manager of Inland Transportation at Chiquita, Operations and Logistics Manager for Cornerstone Consolidated Services, and Operations Logistics Manager with Federated Department Stores. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati.

		Robert Savage, Director of Logistics Services Robert Savage focuses on developing logistics solutions and supporting the teams at the six regional offices RWI maintains to provide transportation services in over-the-road truckload and LTL, expedited, intermodal, air cargo, and warehousing across the United States. In this role, Savage works to broaden RWI's contract carrier base by tapping into external fleet capacity and is a critical link to meeting customer needs by working with branch leaders, setting standards, and developing policies and procedures. Savage has more than 20 years of broad-based logistics and operations leadership experience. Prior to RWI, he held senior management positions with Jamestown Transportation, Celerity Transport, Transcon Express, ABX Air, Trans-Rite Global Logistics, Ryder Logistics Inc, and BAX Global.


		Mike Lense, Director of Safety Mike Lense has more than 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, with additional safety leadership in mining and manufacturing operations and within the military. With this background, Lense is a result-oriented professional with an extensive background in all aspects of operational and risk management in the workplace. This includes developing proactive safety cultures, traffic and employee injury accident investigation and reconstruction, insurance claim adjusting, equipment maintenance, EPA, OSHA, DOT, MSHA, FDA and ADA compliance, along with knowledge in recruiting, selection, training, development and supervision of managers, employees and independent contractors. Lense holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University.

		Chad St. John, Human Resources Director Chad St. John brings significant experience in corporate strategy, management, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits to his position as Human Resources Director. In his role, he builds relationships at all levels and partners with leadership team members to develop HR strategies that meet corporate objectives - ultimately ensuring that RWI has the right resources to effectively serve its customers. Previously, he was involved in related human resources strategy positions with Total Quality Logistics, Barr Laboratories, Inc., NCR Corp., CBS Companies, and LexisNexis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Excelsior College.

		Joe Filipski, Business Development & Training Director Joe Filipski has a passion for making things happen - and he uses that passion for creating results for RWI and its customers in his role as Business Development & Training Director. His expertise is built upon years of experience in management positions with a number of transportation and logistics companies. Filipski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications and Business from the University of Kentucky.

		David Cook, IT Director David Cook has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the transportation industry holding IT positions with Van, Reefer, LTL, Tank Truck, Petroleum and Intermodal carriers. With this long and varied background, Cook has seen technology evolve in the industry from doing nearly everything manually to almost complete automation. In his role at RWI, he is responsible for building an IT culture founded on customer service as well as introducing, implementing and supporting different technology solutions to meet business needs and challenges. Cook holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
